Nemeth Tutorial: Web-based Curriculum and Activities

Nemeth Tutorial is a free, web-based curriculum with training activities and practiceexercises for first grade through eleventh grade.

APH has created a free Nemeth Code tutorial – a complete curriculum with training activities and practice exercises for first grade through eleventh grade!  This web-based tutorial is compatible with screen readers using a PC, Mac or iPad.  (APH is currently looking at compatibility with ChromeVox and other tablet screen readers.)  Note that screen readers may announce the characters differently.  VoiceOver does not pronounce the characters but does represent the braille characters correctly on the refreshable braille display, as long as you select 8-dot braille in the VoiceOver settings.

For information concerning your device/software setup, please read the Nemeth Tutorial Instructions located on the home screen of the Nemeth Tutorial website.
