Google Translate: Foreign Language Translation

Using Google Translate and a preferred speech synthesizer to translate text and to speak a foreign language correctly.

Is your student taking a foreign language class?  Do you need a quality speech synthesizer (voice) that can read foreign languages?  Do you need to translate text to another language?  In this video, Jordan – a JAWS user – has downloaded her preferred synthesizer and uses Google Translate to learn French (or any desired language).  Tab into your Edit box or hit E for Edit and Enter for forms mode on and begin typing your word or sentence.  Tab to translate.  Again, tab to the translation and you can listen to the translated text or copy/paste the translated text into a Word document for further study.

You can download the type of JAWS voice you want , go to Freedom Scientific.
