Steve presents an overview of the IDEA 2004 regulations related to transition but at the same time he reminds us to remember the “person” in the planning process and ensuring that the planning is geared toward the individual’s passions and goals. He also challenges us not to limit expectations, view transition as a life-long process and to be collaborative!
