Emojis

Three easy ways to learning use emojis!

Emojis are small digital images or icons used to playfully express an idea, emotion, etc. in electronic communication such as text messages, emails and social media. Students enjoy texting and frequently include emojis in their texts. Accessible with screen readers, students can browse the list of available emojis on a smart phone and can easily select the desired emoji. When adding an emoji to a text on an iPhone, select the Next Keyboard which is located to the left of the on-screen keyboard’s spacebar. Activate the Emoji keyboard. Swipe or drag your finger around the keyboard to browse the available emojis. Three finger swipe left will move to the next screen of emojis. Emojis are organized by categories, with about 40 emojis displayed one each page.
